Where Did This Program Come From?
Craig Ballantyne, a licensed physical trainer, is the founder and developer of Turbulence Training.
He has spent many years refining the program to perfect it.
Craig is not just a guy who enjoys working out at the gym and decided to make a career out of it.
After earning his college degree, he went on to earn his master’s degree as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from an accredited graduate school.
Since he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Craig already has a lots to teach about exercise and fitness.
But Craig doesn’t rely just on himself. He collaborates with other experts and searches all over the world to find solutions to fitness problems.
Craig wants you to feel confident that Turbulence Training is a good fitness and weight loss program. It’s been shown to work for the human body through science as well as the anecdotal evidence of many people’s experiences.
This program claims that you can lose fat, gain muscle, and get fit using only short bursts of exercise three days a week.
You shouldn’t think that it’s just a matter of saving time. It’s actually better for your body. Your body will have time between workouts to restore muscle and build up strength.

- a workout guide
- one hour mp3 audio to explain the program for those who don’t enjoy reading or simply don’t have time for it
- two special bonus workout guides
- nutrition guidelines with special focuses for both men and women

“The simplicity and organization of the programs make the workouts manageable and fun and because you get results fast and you are motivated to continue on – changing and progressing day after day. It is an addiction to workout now and feel healthy.” Nadia D.
There are two important points in Nadia’s comment. First, nobody wants a program that is too complicated and too difficult. You won’t want to bother with it.
Second, she found that because she was seeing results, she was motivated to continue with the Turbulence Training program.
“At mid-life, pushing 300 pounds, and highly skeptical of quick-fixes, I learned of Turbulence Training for Fat Loss and decided it was a program which made sense. It’s about hard work, sensible eating, and getting stronger. I found the efficiency of the program to be appealing. In less than an hour, 3 to 4 times per week, the workouts are manageable on a busy schedule.” Todd T. from Texas
Turbulence Training is not a quick fix. However, if you are willing to put in the small amount of time and effort you’re likely to see results.
