Plyometric Box Exercises

Everyone knows you can use a plyometric box for box jumps. I’ve dug around some and found 3 videos that show you many more plyometric box exercises you can try.

After watching these videos you may be inspired to get your own plyo box. You can read my plyo box reviews here.

These plyo box exercises are not for everyone. At first, you might want to try some of these movements without a box.

Video 1 – 23 Plyo Variations

As the trainer explains, plyometric movements are explosive powerful movements that you do for short intervals of work and then you rest after.

The first 3 exercises she does use a plyo box.

  • 3. box shuffle
  • 4. split squat jump
  • 5. squat jumps
  • 6. jumps for height
