Home Workout Revolution Review

When you look in the mirror do you like what you see?

Most of us don’t.

I’m not talking about idealized images of what you think you should look like. I’m talking about what’s really there.

Do you have flabby arms and love handles?

Do you have a closet full of clothes that are too tight?

Do you want to lose weight and keep it off?

If so, this review of the TT Home Workout Revolution is for you. This review is based on the experience of my wife and me using the program for over one year.

Results From Your Exercise Program

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying: There are only 2 guarantees in the life – death and taxes.

I would add one more to the list: Next week there will be a new exercise or diet plan to try!

No one has the time to try them all.

Here’s how I would judge the results of an exercise program:

  • You lose weight and keep the weight off
  • You lose body fat
  • You gain muscle mass that you need for your daily tasks

The TT Home Workout Revolution

The workout program that my wife and I have been using for over a year is the Home Workout Revolution (HWR).

I’ve written a review of HWR which you can read here. I’ll try not to repeat myself too much in this review.

What I love most about HWR are the follow-along videos. HWR has about 90 videos of bodyweight routines that you can do anywhere.

In each video Craig or one of his assistants do a short HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. Most often they are using the 20-10 system, which mean 20 seconds of intense activity with a 10 second rest and recovery interval.

During each workout video, Craig explains the exercises and gives practical tips about how to do them the best way. Also, there are bells telling you when to stop and start each exercise.

I love these videos because it’s easy to learn how to do new exercises.

When I’m not sure how to do a new movement, I watch the video closely. Once I’m comfortable with the movement, then I can do the routine without closely watching the video. And I still get the benefit of Craig’s coaching as he explains what to be careful of during the routine.

Owners of the Home Workout Revolution are given immediate access to the members area. You have the choice to either view the videos online or download them to your computer or other device.

Results From Using HWR

The Home Workout Revolution videos are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced categories.

When my wife and I purchased HWR, we decided to start with the beginner level videos.

We were already in pretty good shape, but we were new to bodyweight exercises.

HWR is meant to take you from being an HIIT beginner to being a fit person who can do the advanced HIIT workouts.

HWR has a 4-week beginner program and a 12-week program that you can follow.

That’s how my wife and I started.

After we finished the 12-week program, we decided to go through the 20-10 Workouts in order. That is, for one week we did 20-10 Workout #1. We did the workout 3 times during the week.

The next week we did 20-10 Workout #2 three times. And so on…

It doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness happens to be, you’ll find workouts in the HWR system that will challenge you and help you progress to the next level.

You should only do HIIT workouts 2 – 4 times a week. From the very beginning you should start feeling more fit and getting better sleep.

Soon after that you’ll notice that you’re burning body fat, losing weight, and developing lean muscles.

Is HWR For You?

The Home Workout Revolution is not merely a quick weight loss gimmick. If you do the workouts, then you should lose weight. However, if your only goal is to lose 20 pounds in two weeks, then this is not the system for you.

HWR is meant for men and women who want to lose weight and gain muscle tone in ways that are healthy and sustainable.

HWR will help you gain muscle mass in a way that will leave you looking sculpted and balanced. Ladies, you don’t have to worry that you’ll start looking like a guy.

Since most people who use HWR do their workouts at home, it’s important that you know how to motivate yourself.

One of the best things you can do is get a relative or friend to do the workouts with you. I’m sure my wife and I have seen good success since we are able workout together.

My Verdict

My wife and I have been using the TT Home Workout Revolution for over a year now.
Home Workout Revolution 12-week

Even before we began using HWR we were already pretty fit.

Even with that head start, we have experienced the results many people have from consistently following an HIIT workout routine. We’ve both lost weight and added muscle mass. What we’re especially happy about is we’ve both lost some body fat around the waist.

Do you want results like this? Then take a close look at Craig Ballantyne’s TT Home Workout Revolution.

Be sure to purchase Home Workout Revolution from Craig’s official website. Then you’ll get all of the bonuses included with HWR. You will get access to all of the videos and bonuses in the HWR member area.

Important Note:
Sometimes Craig includes the Home Workout Revolution as part of his system called Six Minutes to Skinny. So don’t be surprised if the above link takes you to that web page!
