I think the same thing is true for you. If you want to do an HIIT workout, I think you deserve the best HIIT workout.
There aren’t always objective standards to define “best.”
Sometimes you have to balance different factors and make compromises.
However, when it comes to finding the best HIIT workout I think we can set some clear standards that will make it easier for you to decide which HIIT routine will be best for you.
I assume that you’re a busy adult.
